CHARIS Structure

CHARIS is led by a moderator, assisted by the International Service of Communion. CHARIS statutes provide for the creation of the Continental and National Service of Communion for each continent and each country. In order to carry out its administrative functions, CHARIS has an International Office located in the Vatican and is supported by voluntary external collaborators in different parts of the world.

CHARIS Moderator

Pino Scafuro

Pino was appointed moderator of CHARIS ad interim by a decree of the Dicastery for Laity, Family and Life dated 07 May 2021. He works with an Executive Council, with the CHARIS International Service of Communion (CISC) and in close contact with the staff of the Rome office.
