On Oct. 29-31, 2023, the first General Assembly of CHARIS was held in Rome. Representatives from 70 countries were present to elect the moderator and members of the International Service of Communion.
Here is the outcome of the vote:

- Fr. Christophe BLIN (Representative of charismatic priests)

- Josip BILANDŽIJA (Youth representative)
The Continental representatives were elected by the various CHARIS Continental Services of Communion in the persons of:
- Cathy Brenti, Tony Laureys (Representatives for Europe)
- Fred Adrian Mawanda, Jean-Christophe Sakiti (Representatives for Africa)
- Fe M. Barino, Shayne Bennett, Cyril John (Representatives for Asia/Oceania)
- Andrés Arango, Maria Eugenia de Gongora, Msgr. Joseph Malagreca, Eddy Reynoso, Katia Roldi (Representatives for the Americas)
